What we collect when you call
When you phone us, we note what you tell us so we can help: your name, phone number, the service address and a description of the problem. We use it to schedule and carry out the work, to follow up on that job and to keep records of the service performed.
What this website collects
This site has no contact forms and no accounts. It does not run analytics or advertising trackers. Like any website, the server that hosts it may keep standard access logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and troubleshooting.
The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google servers and shares your IP address with Google when a page loads. If you choose to open the map, Google Maps loads in your browser under Google's own privacy terms. The map does not load unless you click it.
How we share information
We do not sell your information. We share it only as needed to do the work you asked for, for example with a parts supplier for a warranty claim on equipment, with a payment processor, or when a call is forwarded to another local provider because our schedule is full, as explained in our Terms of Service. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep service records for as long as they are useful for future service on your equipment and for our business and tax records, then dispose of them securely.
Your choices
You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Call us to make a request.
Children
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
